competitive pricing for all our customers nationwide.

As of recently, we’ve implemented a new flat rate for nationwide delivery charges. For all non-local
accounts, the delivery fee is now a consistent $200 round trip. This change helps simplify the
process and removes the uncertainty of high freight charges being added to your transmission
orders.

Our goal is to make things easier and more affordable for our loyal customers, and we believe this
adjustment does just that.

You’ll see this updated rate reflected in your customer portal when searching for a transmission. If
you notice any discrepancies or have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to
help and will resolve any issues right away.
