Core Return Procedures

To help streamline our processes and reduce confusion, we have updated our procedures for
handling core pickups on individual core returns, effective immediately. This is not effective on
bulk core returns, those procedures still remain the same.
Core pickups will now only be scheduled on Friday mornings for any requests received between
the previous Friday through Thursday.
To ensure your request is included, please send all core pickup requests to:

Even if a request is submitted on a Friday, it will be scheduled for pickup the following Friday.
This change is designed to support our sales team by simplifying scheduling and improving
communication.
